Baxter Consulting Group, Inc. (“BCG”)  takes the privacy of users and their clients and prospects very seriously. While no one can guarantee absolute information security, we protect your information in many ways.

 

This Privacy Policy describes BCG’s information gathering and dissemination practices. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully prior to using our site and services. By using our site or services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

 

We understand the importance of appropriately safeguarding information you provide to us in the course of business operations. It is our practice to protect the confidentiality of this information, limit access to this information to those with a business need, and not disclose this information unless required or permitted by law.

 

We have comprehensive security practices and procedures in place to protect data entrusted to us. These procedures and related standards include limiting access to data and regularly testing and auditing our security practices and technologies.

 

Employees are required to follow policies and procedures and sign confidentiality agreements, and to complete confidentiality training to understand the requirement of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. If they fail to do so, they are subject to disciplinary action.

 

 

Collection of Personal Information

When you establish an account on a Site or request information about our services, you must provide us with certain personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address.

Confidentiality of Client and Prospective Client Information

If a user or client or prospective client elects to share client information when using our service, BCG stores this information for the sole purpose of communicating with the user and client/prospective client regarding our service. When communicating with clients or prospective clients of a user, BCG may share user information, including but not limited to, the user name, company, credentials, and email address.

Cookies

We and/or our business partners may use “cookies” in connection with a Site.  Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site places on an individual's hard drive that contain non-personally identifiable information about the user. Through the use of cookies, the user does not have to login a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. A cookie also enables our Site to recognize that a given series of interactions originate from the same user and therefore constitute a session.  You may adjust your computer to disallow the storing of cookies. Opt-Out

We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving certain communications from us and our business partners, by emailing us at service@lifestageinsights.com.  All marketing emails from BCG will provide you with the opportunity to unsubscribe from future marketing mailings.  Even if you opt out of such mailings, however, we reserve the right to send you email and other communications to disclose maintenance and other service-related issues.

 

 

Access to Account

If you are a registered member of a Site, you can change your account information by emailing BCG’s customer support department at service@lifestageinsights.com.  You may need to supply certain information so that we can try to verify that you have authority to modify this information.

 

Third-Party Sites

A Site may contain links to other Internet sites. We have no responsibility for the privacy practices of other web sites, including the web sites of our advertisers or business partners. Whenever a web browser window is opened in BCG that does not show a web page created by BCG (noted by an BCG copyright statement at the bottom of such pages), then it should be assumed that BCG privacy policies do not apply. 

The fact that we may link to a website or present an advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other websites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. Legal Requirements; Sale of Business

We intend to protect your privacy to the fullest extent possible as described in this policy while also fulfilling our responsibility to uphold all applicable laws and regulations. Our services and site are hosted in the United States. If you are accessing our site from outside the United States, please be advised that through your continued use of our service and site, which are governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

Security Measures

 

We have implemented reasonable security measures on a Site to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the personal information under our control. Additionally, BCG takes reasonable steps to ensure that our third party business partners, including our hosting partners, provide sufficient protection for personal information.  However we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security.
